To make tea:
Heat 1 cup of hot water. Using the teabags provided, steep one teabag for ten minutes. Each teabag can used twice. Add honey, stevia or agave nectar to sweeten as desired. 15 count teabags. Steep each teabag twice. This is a one month supply.
