Herbs may clump in the bottle below the dropper. This is normal. Shake well. If your eyes are considerably irritated or dirty, the eyedops may sting a little for 5-10 seconds. Although slightly uncomfortable, this is normal. You will note an abundance of "cold" or crust debris coming from the eye as it cleanses. This is what you want to happen as the eyedrops cleanse your eyes.
