To make tea: Heat 1 cup (8 oz.) of hot water. Using the teabags provided, steep one teabag for 10 minutes. Each teabag can be used twice for 8 oz. cups, (keeping the used teabag in the refrigerator) or steep only once for 16 oz. Add honey, stevia, or agave nectar to sweeten as desired.
