To make tea:

Heat 1 cup of hot water. Using the teabags provided, let one teabag steep for 10 minutes. Each teabag can be used twice. Add honey, stevia or agave nectar to sweeten as desired. 15 count teabags. Steep each teabag twice. This is a one month supply.

 

Lemon Balm: known to have a calming, sedative effect. It reduces the growth of some viruses and bacteria. It is commonly used for cold sores, anxiety, stress, insomnia, indigestion, dementia and many other conditions. Reduces PMS symptoms, bloating, colic and nausea. The compound rosmarinic acid in lemon balm may help minimize the severity of menstrual symptoms like cramps and fatigue.

 

Passion Flower: helps insomnia, anxiety, pain, indigestion, fibromyalgia, muscle cramps and diarrhea.

 

Red Clover: contains plant hormones that act similar to estrogen. In addition, it eases menopause symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. It helps to ease anxiety, depression, and vaginal dryness. It is a natural diuretic which helps rid the body of excess fluid.
