Lemon Balm: known to have a calming, sedative effect. It reduces the growth of some viruses and bacteria. It is commonly used for cold sores, anxiety, stress, insomnia, indigestion, dementia and many other conditions. It has a significant protective effect on the liver by inhibiting free radicals and reducing fat accumulation. These effects can hugely help in prevention and management of fatty liver disease.

 

Passionflower: helps with insomnia, anxiety, pain, indigestion, fibromyalgia, muscle cramps, and diarrhea.

 

Red Clover: used medicinally to treat several conditions including osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer, whooping cough, respiratory problems and skin inflammation like psoriasis and eczema. Red Clover's isoflavones has a protective effect on liver function. In addition, it helps to reduce liver triglycerides and cholesterol levels by activating hepatic PPARa.

 

To make tea:

Heat 1 cup (8 oz.) of hot water. Using the teabags provided, steep one teabag for 10 minutes. Each teabag can be used twice for 8 oz. cups, (keeping the used teabag in the refrigerator) or steep only once for 16 oz. Add honey, stevia, or agave nectar to sweeten as desired. If you prefer iced tea, refrigerate after steeping until chilled. This 15 ct. qty. is a 1 month supply.
