30 ct. vegan capsules are a one month supply in a 4 ounce dark glass bottle. 
 
Start by taking one capsule after dinner. (You will be placed on an all fruit diet. You will receive paperwork with instruction on the all fruit diet and will be given an advised alkaline food list). The next morning, you should notice an increase in your bowel action. The consistency should be softer. If there is no difference, increase your dosage to two capsules after dinner. Most people only need one to two capsules. You should be experiencing a bowel movement for every meal consumed. As always, increase your water intake.
