Jamie & Marla’s Bio

Jamie W. Phillips is an herbalist and Co CEO of Herbal Organix founded in 2021. He was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He has been plant-based, studying herbs and plants for 24 years. Jamie’s top priorities are health reform ministry, prevention and education. Why? God has gifted him with purpose, passion, and truth, showing him a better way to live. He has shown him that our bodies are His temple, and that we need to be better stewards of our health.

Marla A. Simien-Phillips is an herbalist and Co CEO of Herbal Organix. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She has been plant-based for 4.5 years, studying herbs and plants, as well. As an Army veteran in the medical field, and several years of management, she brings a unique perspective to teaching and the administrative side of health reform. She shares the same goals and priorities as Jamie, but utilizes her passion of reading, writing, and teaching, as she researches natural hair, health and beauty.
