Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Clean and peel (use a vegetable peel) 1-2 butternut squash. Clean pith, debris and seeds out. Discard. Slice squash into bite size, diced cubes.


Oil a glass baking dish with avocado oil and place diced squash into dish. Drizzle more avocado oil evenly across the squash and season with Celtic salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, onion powder, and parsley. Use a liberal amount of seasonings, but not too much cayenne pepper. Set timer for 1 hour, cool briefly and then enjoy!
