Heavy Metal Detox

Using a cold press or juicer, juice the following ingredients two times daily.


2 green apples

1 cucumber

2 stalks of celery

4 ring slices of pineapple

1 cup of kale

1 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, no stems

8 oz. of spring water


In addition, infuse your mixed vegetables, stir-frys and salads with cilantro. Incorporate it into your weekly diet as an easy way to detox from heavy metals.
