Vegan Cilantro-Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
Vegan Mayonnaise
Fresh dill
Fresh cilantro
Fresh chives
Fresh parsley
Onion powder
Apple cider vinegar
Garlic powder
Basil
Oregano
Ground black pepper
Smoked paprika
Cayenne pepper
Celtic salt
I recommend you only make this in batches, as many of the ingredients are fresh. I usually make enough for dips or dressings to last 1 week in the refrigerator.
Start with pouring the desired amount of vegan mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Fold in 1/4 c apple cider vinegar. I use 1/4 because we don’t like it overly tart, but most people like 1/3 cup. Then, finely chop your fresh herbs and don’t add any stems. I don’t measure, I just use a good amount. Think pico de gallo. You want that fresh, garden blend of herbs to make their presence known.
Finish strong with your blend of seasonings and spices. Mix well, refrigerate until chilled, and then enjoy!
