All Fruit & Juice Diet

Go on an all fruit and juice diet for 21 days. Some people do 3 or 7 days if they find they cannot do 21 days. No vegetables, nor meat. Make sure your fruit is organic and has seeds. Intake between 23-24 ounces. Do not go over 34 ounces. You can split it by doing 16 ounces of fruit juice and 16 ounces of dark, leafy green juices. 16 ounces is 2 cups. You will be ingesting H302, which is structured water, and will align your body with hydration. Please refer to the "Alkaline List" if you are trying to reach optimum health goals.
