To break your fast:
Start with hydrating first. You will need Celtic salt, at least four key limes, spring water, and cayenne pepper.
Put a pinch of Celtic salt on the tip of your tongue and let it dissolve. Prepare 8-12 ounces of spring water. Squeeze the juice of the four key limes into the spring water, adding a dash or two of cayenne pepper. Stir and drink.
From morning until noon, you should consume only fruit, preferably a smoothie or green juice. If you are PRE DIABETIC or DIABETIC, consume fruit with a low glycemic index.
You may take the 102 ESSENTIAL MINERALS (take two capsules daily) with or without food.
After 12 pm., you may eat a heavier meal. Try to avoid dairy, soy, starches, sweets, meat and processed foods as much as possible. We recommend no food after sundown.
If you are actively detoxing, take your PARASITE COLON DETOX (take one capsule daily) after your first meal.
Increase your hydration throughout the day.
