Healthy Detox and Daily Regimen

AM Morning: Hydrate with key limes, spring water and a dash of cayenne pepper


10 minutes after finishing your lime water, you can take your blood pressure


Take your 102 Essential Minerals (sold here on site)


To break your fast: Drink a smoothie or eat some fruit. Try to avoid bananas for breakfast, unless you are having them in your smoothie.


In addition, avoid dairy, soy, starches, sweets, meat and processed foods as much as possible.


After 12 PM (Noon) You may eat heavier meals. Some opt to eat their heaviest meal in the afternoon. Try not to eat after 6 PM. for optimum digestion.


If you are actively detoxing, take your Parasite Colon Detox capsule (sold here on site) after your last meal.
